Johnny Hagen of Absolute Music appears singing karaoke in the movie Smother starring Diane Keaton, Dax Shepard and Liv Tyler. Hagen was cast to sing “I’m All Out of Love” in the Dresden Room in Hollywood while a drunken Diane and Dax hash it out. ”The key was too high and the song goes on forever,” said Johnny, “But, the shoot was fun.” The film was written by Tim Rasmussen and directed by Vince Di Meglio. Johnny thanks producer Julie Hartley for another great opportunity.

A lot of people ask where we get our creative juices from. Well, that would be from the lovely lady named Gloria on the right. That’s my mom.
We had a great time visiting our client, Concussion, in Texas. We’ve been busy composing music and sound design for Concussion’s TV and radio advertising for Osage Million Dollar Elm Casino. The spots have been a huge success branding the casino name and promoting delicious gambling. Andrew Yanez and Allen Wallach are the agency big wigs, who hosted us so graciously. Thanks to everybody for a great time.
